In this class, each participant has their own bar station and we go over the traditional recipes and techniques in a hands-on demonstration. The class then explores flavor profiles of varying fruits and herbs. In the latter part of the class, participants get to customize their cocktail by choosing additional ingredients from a fresh fruit and herb bar. The class includes 2 cocktails served during class and an open bar/Q&A for one hour after workshop has concluded.
Crafting a great old fashioned is an invaluable skill to learn. In this cocktail class, we’ll deconstruct the drink that started it all. We’ll explore subjects including the ideal whiskey to use, dilution, proper stirring technique and garnish. At the conclusion of the class our guests will use the roll of the dice to put together unique and never before seen flavor combinations. Get ready to take your mixing skills to then next level. This class includes two unique old fashioned variations as well as an interactive workshop and Q&A.
Infusing your own spirits can seem intimidating, but with a little guidance, is a fun and easy way to introduce creative cocktail-making at home. This class not only teaches you how to infuse spirits, but also what to infuse with, by exploring flavor profiles and flavor pairings. Each participant will enjoy 2 cocktails using infused spirits of their choice. Then, in a hands-on workshop, everyone will begin the process of their very own custom infused bottle of Vodka to take home.
